Great experience at this place - awesome staff and rooms that look brand new. 🌟 They have a wide range of delicious breakfast options. The prices are fair, so there's really nothing to gripe about.

The hotel is fairly clean and located in a new building, just a short walk to a restaurant and Almaty. The rooms are warm and comfortable, equipped with amenities like a safe box, television, and a writing desk. The bathroom even has a bidet, which is a nice touch.

As a satisfied guest at East Palace, I had a quick and efficient check-in and check-out experience, even when I arrived at 4 am. The housekeeping staff were prompt in responding to our needs, providing a baby cot and bedding in no time. The hotel offered a peaceful stay, although noisy neighbors could be a drawback. The location was convenient, with an average 15-minute commute to the city center. The presence of a water hose in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise, adding to the comfort of the stay. Lastly, the short distance from the airport was a major plus, taking no more than 20 minutes.

it was a nice hotel in almaty at reasonable prices. the staff was excellent, amiable, and everything was good. location: the venue was near almaty, airport and a restaurant. furthermore, near mountains. the service was great, the food was healthy. nothing too much trouble, the hotel met needs well.

Sadly, the restaurant service was overpriced which made it not an option for me. I also had an issue with the windows in the room;
